Developer Solrobots has discovered that Apple has updated the App Store with Top 100 lists for individual iPhone app category, including sub-lists for paid apps vs. free apps. They haven’t included links to them on the main page yet, but you can access them if you have a direct link. You can get a list of the ones we know about so far after the break.
